Eligible for Refunds/Returns:

  • Items received in error (wrong product or size).

  • Unopened and unused products, returned within 30 days of purchase.

Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Items purchased during final-sale or clearance events.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
